Sintesis Nanopartikel Emas Berbentuk Bipiramida Sebagai Bahan Pendeteksi Pestisida Pada Sensor Plasmonik
This study aims to synthesize and characterize nanobipiramide-shaped gold nanoparticles and then be applied as a test of sensitivity, stability and reability to detect chlorpyrifos in plasmonic sensors. Gold nanobipiramide has been successfully synthesized by seed mediated growth method. The results of the synthesis were characterized using FESEM, XRD, UV-Vis spectroscopy to see the optical properties and physic properties of the sample. The result of fesem characterization, GNBPs showed bypiramid morphology with a length of 82.21 ± 0.55 nm and a diameter of 34.92 ± 0.53 nm. In addition, UV-Vis results also showed absorbance at wavelengths of 560 nm and 730 nm. The XRD spectrum of GNBP at peaks (111), (200), (220) and (311) with angles of 2θ: 38.11o, 44.20o, 64.68o, and 77.46. Sensitivity test results from GNBPs plasmonic sensors successfully detected chlorpyrifos starting from a concentration of 1 mg / mL. Stability test results of material plasmonic sensor GNBPs on t-SPR tape start at 322 seconds and l-SPR at 52 seconds. Because, the stability of the t-SPR band takes more than 120 seconds.
