ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION PATTERNS BETWEEN LEADERS AND EMPLOYEES IN BUILDING JOB SATISFACTION AT PT. PRIORITAS PEKANBARU

Developments in the world of trade make all parts feel its influence, especially in the process of providing goods and services. The existence of companies providing cash and credit goods helps the community in meeting household needs. PT. Prioritas Pekanbaru is one of the companies engaged in the business of providing cash and credit goods. With the rise of competitors who are engaged in the same field, making many similar companies disappear and arise PT. Prioritas Pekanbaru is one of the companies that is superior and tough in its competition, 34 branches spread throughout Riau Province make it interesting to see how processes and communication patterns increase employee job satisfaction. This research uses qualitative research with interactive model data analysis. The research subjects were the leaders and employees of PT. Pekanbaru Priority. The object of this research is the pattern of communication. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. To
achieve the validity of the data in this study the authors used data triangulation.
The results showed that 3 results describe the process, patterns, and barriers to communication. In the communication process, there are 2 processes used, namely the primary communication process and the secondary communication process. The communication pattern used includes 3 patterns, namely: chain pattern, circle pattern, and whole channel pattern. The communication flow used in PT. Prioritas Pekanbaru ses 3 communication flows, namely: vertical flows (top to bottom), vertical flows (bottom to top), and horizontal flows. Meanwhile, the obstacles found indicate that there is 1 obstacle which is a physical obstacle. It can be concluded that the communication pattern and the communication process are going well.
