Gaya Hidup Konsumtif Komunitas Lari Liburun Di Kota Pekanbaru

LibuRUN is a running community in the city of Pekanbaru, where this
running community was formed on April 22 2014. With the aim of forming this
running community to campaign and invite the people of Pekanbaru to live
healthy. This study aims to see a description of the hedonic lifestyle and
consumptive behavior of members in the LibuRUN running community in
Pekanbaru City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, where it is
based on several opinions which state that data analysis is a process of giving
meaning to data. Thus, the analysis of the data is limited to describing, explaining
and describing in depth and systematically about the actual situation. Sources of
data consist of primary data and secondary data, which are collected through
interviews while secondary data is collected through books, journals, websites
and other documents. In this research subject, there are 4 people including the
founder, captain and members who are members of the LibuRUN running
community.
The results showed that the community members in LibuRUN joined in
wanting to change and improve a healthy lifestyle, hedonic behavior in the
LibuRUN community between members was a behavior that not all members of
the LibuRUN running community did not all have hedonistic behavior, as long as
these members joined the community. For the consumptive behavior of members
in the LibuRUN running community, all of them do this, because all members who
join to buy running equipment even though the equipment is expensive because for
the sake of their comfort in running sports, of course these members can buy the
item repeatedly to look fashionable and comfortable when running.
