Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt Indokomas Buana Perkasa Di Kelurahan Maredan Barat

ABSTRACT
The direction of this research to explain influence of compensation on employee perfomance through employees morale at PT Indokomas Buana Perkasa in west Maredan. The independent variable is compensation (X) and the intermediary or mediating variable is employee morale (Z). The dependent variable is employee perfomance (Y). This research uses a questionnaire with measurements using a Likest scale. Linear regressesion analysis technique by software SmartPls 3.2.6. The total sample in this research were 89 employees of PT Indokomas Buana Perkasa in west Maredan. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that the compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, the compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance, employee morale has a positive and insignificant effect on employee perfomance and the compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee perfomance through employee morale as an intervening variable.
