Analisis Pengelolaan Aset Tanah Milik Pemerintah Daerah Di Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Siak

Regional assets are an important resource for local governments because assets
are the economic potential of the region. Management of regional assets in
accordance with statutory regulations is one of the important elements in the
framework of the implementation of local government. land owned by the local
government in the Regional Finance Agency of Siak Regency. This study uses
Dolli D. Siregar's theory in which there are 5 indicators, namely asset inventory,
legal audit, asset valuation, asset utilization optimization, asset monitoring and
control. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive methods. The findings of
this study are that asset management has not been running properly, the process
of recording and inventorying land assets in Siak Regency has not been carried
out properly and there are still many land assets that do not have ownership
documents, namely land certificates. The inhibiting factors in this research are
the lack of budget, lack of human resources, inventory that is not carried out
regularly.
