This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life and
leadership on job satisfaction and commitment. to determine the effect of
satisfaction on commitment. And to determine the effect of quality of work life and
leadership on commitment through job satisfaction of PDAM Tirta Siak
employees. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Tirta Siak
Pekanbaru City as many as 131 people. While the sample used was 99 people.
The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data
collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in
this research is the data analysis used in this study is SEM. The results showed
that the quality of work life had an effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has an
effect on job satisfaction. Quality of work life affects employee commitment.
Leadership has an effect on employee commitment. Job satisfaction has a
significant effect on employee commitment. Quality of work life has a significant
effect on employee commitment through job satisfaction. Leadership has a
significant effect on commitment through job satisfaction.
