Abstract
Efficiency of fish landing time is the time that is used in the fish landing process as well as possible without wasting time so that the time is faster than it should be. The process of landing fish at the fishing port of PT. Hasil Laut Sejati consist of unloading, sorting, weighing and transporting fish to cold storage. This fish unloading activity is carried out only at one unloading dock, while the number of docks at PT. Hasil Laut Sejati, there are four docks, three of which are only used as docks, this causes queues on ships and slows down the fish landing process. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficiency of fish landing time on the mooring time of the ship and to determine the factors that influence the efficiency. The research was conducted in March 2022 at PT. Hasil Laut Sejati Batam using survey methods. The data taken in the form of primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used using quadratic regression analysis. The results showed that the efficiency of fish landing time at PT. Hasil Laut Sejati Batam ranges from 59.18% - 88.62% with an average of 70.58%. Factors that affect the efficiency of fish landing time include the number of unloaders, loading speed, ship tonnage, catch and wasted time. Based on data analysis using quadratic regression to determine the relationship between the factors that affect the time efficiency, it can be seen that the loading speed is the most influential factor in the efficiency of fish landing time at PT. Hasil Laut Sejati with an R2 0,8335 .
