Pengaruh Manajemen Usaha, Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Umkm Sektor Kuliner Di Kota Pekanbaru Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of business management, organizational culture and motivation on the performance of Micro Small And Medium Enterprises in the culinary sector in Pekanbaru City during the COVID-19 period. The population in this study includes all Micro Small And Medium Enterprises in the city of Pekanbaru totaling 209 Micro Small And Medium Enterprises. In this study, the sample obtained was 68 Micro Small And Medium Enterprises using the Slovin . formula Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. To test the quality of the instrument using validity and reliability tests, to test the hypothesis in this study using the F test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square) with the help of SPSS (Statistical Program Society Science) version 25 for windows. The results showed that the business management variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Micro Small And Medium Enterprises, the organizational culture variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Micro Small And Medium Enterprises, the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Micro Small And Medium Enterprises and the business management variables, organizational culture and motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect. on the performance of Micro Small And Medium Enterprises. Companies need to develop business capital by attracting other partners so that Micro Small And Medium Enterprises grow bigger
