Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Disiplin Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Karyawan Pt. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru with work discipline as an intervening variable. The population as well as the sample in this study were all employees of PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru in 2021 which sold 50 people. The data analysis method used is path analysis using the SPSS 25 program. From the results of the tests conducted, it is known that motivation, work discipline, and performance at PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru is still considered not good enough. From the test results it is known that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline at PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru with an influence of 46.8%. Then motivation and work discipline also have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru by 71.7%. And from the sobel test, it is known that motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance through work discipline of employees of PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru. Leader should evaluates work results in the form of discussions with supervisors, listens and applies criticism and suggestions from customers by providing suggestion box. Supervisor at PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru can act as a mediator between employees and consumers. Then company should appreciate the things that have a good impact on the company that are carried out by employees, even if it is only small things, for example praising them, in order to increase the feelings of respect and employee morale. Bosses can appreciate good performance by allowing employees to express their opinions or submit their complaints at work. Bosses are expected to be firm to careless employees. also accompanied by advice and solutions so that employees understand their mistakes so that they will not repeat the same mistakes in the future.
