Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas X IPS SMAN 1 Siak
This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the
class X IPS history subject at SMAN 1 Siak which is caused by the teacher's explanation
that is not understood by the students and the students are less active in the learning
process. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem in this study is whether
the application of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model can improve
the learning outcomes of students in class X IPS SMAN 1 Siak. The research method
used is the Classroom Action Research method. The purpose of this study was to
determine the activities of teachers and students in the implementation of the learning
process using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model and to determine
the effect of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model on student
learning outcomes in class X IPS SMAN 1 Siak on the eyes. history lesson. This research
was conducted in two cycles in the first cycle student learning outcomes reached 50% and
increased in the second cycle reached 90%. Based on the results of this study, it can be
concluded that the application of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning
model can improve student learning outcomes in history lessons for class X IPS SMAN 1
Siak.
