Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Pelayanan Penyediaan Kebutuhan Melaut Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Kota Dumai Provinsi Riau
Abstract
This research was conducted from March to April 2022. The study was conducted using a survey method that aims to determine the level of satisfaction of fishermen with the service of providing fishing supplies at the Fishery Port of Dumai City, Riau Province. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 33 respondents. Determination of the value of the level of satisfaction is determined by using analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the calculation, the value of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the ice factory is 71.36%, which means satisfied and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for fuel is 69.79%, which means satisfied. Overall, based on data processing carried out regarding the level of fishermen's satisfaction with the service of providing fishing needs at the Dumai City Fishing Port, it can be concluded that fishermen are satisfied with the performance of the port.
