ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the safety climate and safety behavior as an increase in work productivity (case study of employees of PT. EJJV Engineering Indonesia Duri. The independent variables are safety climate (X1) and safety behavior (X2). While the dependent variable is work productivity (Y). in this study the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with the SPSS program. The population in this study is 51 permanent employees, with the sample technique used is census /total sampling. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, the technique of collecting measurements using a Likert scale.Fromthe data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), and F test (simultaneous).Results This study shows that the safety climate significant effect on work productivity. The second shows that safety behavior has a significant effect on work productivity. The results of research on safety climate and safety behavior as a strategy to increase work productivity (case study of employees of PT. EJJV Engineering Indonesia Duri) show that the safety climate and safety behavior simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity.
