Abstract
Management of community empowerment in Sido Mukti Village, Pangkalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency is a village business institution for the community to improve the community's economy and develop community potential so that it can increase the ability to self-actualize or participate through various activities. This study aims to find out how the management of community empowerment in Sido Mukti Village, Pangakalan Kuras District, Pelalawan Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Then analyze the data by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and presenting conclusions. Based on the research conducted by the author, the results and conclusions of the study are as follows: first, in the implementation of community empowerment management, planning has been formed by the manager but it is not running effectively, the organizers have appointed managers who are rural communities, the mobilization does not move the work of members to join and monitoring in order to achieve success in managing community empowerment, and supervision conducts and evaluates every 3 months. Second, the inhibiting factors are human resources and the lack of intensity in socializing the allocation of village funds to the community.
