Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Agroindustri Gula Kelapa (Studi Kasus Agroindustri Gula Kelapa Bapak Sidik Di Desa Mumpa Kecamatan Tempuling Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity to changes in
input prices and production levels of Bapak Sidik’s coconut sugar agroindustry in
Mumpa Village, Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research method
used is the case study method. The data used are primary data and secondary data.
The informant in this study was Bapak Sidik, the owner of a coconut sugar
agroindustry. Analysis of the investment criteria data used are the Net Present Value
(NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). The
result showed: Bapak Sidik coconut sugar agroindustry is feasible because it has a
positive NPV value of Rp.1.832.733.393 , the IRR value is greater than the Social
Opportunity Cost of Capital (SOCC) which is 84,85%, and the Net B/C value is
greater than zero which is 15,48. Bapak Sidik coconut sugar agroindustry is still
feasible if there is an increase in the input price of raw material coconut juice by
10% and a decrease in coconut sugar production by 26% makes Bapak Sidik
coconut sugar agroindustry unfeasible to continue to operate.
