Keywords:Early Childhood Moral Ability, Parents Occupation The purpose of this study was to determine the moral abilities of early childhood based on the work of parents in Sitabotabo Dolok Village, North Tapanuli Regency. Using descriptive quantitative research methods. This research was conducted in Sitabotabo Dolok Village, North Tapanuli Regency. Data collection was carried out in this study using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study was using proportions. The results of this study indicate that the moral abilities of early childhood still belong to the sufficient category. This is due to the fact that there are still some parents who are busy working to meet family needs so that there is very little time to gather with family. This can be seen from the results of data processing carried out by researchers who a score of 2572 with a proportion of 71.44 in the "enough" category with a total of 30 respondents
