Pengembangan LKPD Berbasis Pendekatan Kontekstual Pada Materi Segiempat Dan Segitiga Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Koneksi Matematis Peserta Didik SMP/Mts
This research is motivated by the low ability of students' mathematical connections in quadrilaterals and triangles. This is influenced by teaching materials in schools, namely LKPD which does not yet facilitate mathematical connection abilities. Another factor is that students are not used to working on mathematical connection ability questions so that students have difficulty in associating between mathematical concepts, associating mathematical concepts with other sciences, associating mathematics with the real world, too, especially in quadrilaterals and triangles. An approach that can optimize learning and can also facilitate mathematical connection abilities is one of the contextual approaches. The contextual approach is a learning approach that is able to assist teachers in relating the material taught to everyday life and can improve mathematical connection skills. Because mathematics is a subject with interrelated concepts. There is a need for innovation in teaching materials that can facilitate mathematical connection abilities, one of which is the development of worksheets based on a contextual approach.
This study aims to develop worksheets based on a contextual approach on quadrilaterals and triangles to facilitate the mathematical connectivity abilities of SMP/MTs students. This research is a development research using the 4-D development model, namely Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. Data collection techniques used in the form of questionnaires, observation and interviews. The data collection instruments used were validity and practicality instruments.
The define stage includes an initial-end analysis, student analysis, concept analysis, task analysis and formulation of learning objectives. In the initial-late analysis stage, it was found that the description and situation that existed in the school related to students' mathematical connection abilities and the teaching materials used by the teacher. The results of the mathematical connection ability test conducted at the early-late analysis stage showed that students' mathematical connection ability was still relatively low and teaching materials such as worksheets used by teachers had not honed students' mathematical connection abilities. At the define stage, student analysis is carried out to find out students' learning interests, task analysis related to the competencies to be achieved, concept analysis by dividing the material into sub-materials that are adjusted to the number of meetings, and formulation of learning objectives for each sub-material. The design stage is carried

out by formulating test standards, selecting media, selecting formats and making the initial design of the product, namely LKPD. The develop stage conducts a formative evaluation from Tessmer with the stages of self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one and small group for LKPD trials.
Based on the results of data analysis validation results by expert validators, an average score of LKPD validation was obtained at 89.32% with very valid criteria. In line with the validation of 3 experts, the researcher also conducted one-to-one with 3 students. LKPD is revised according to the expert validator's suggestions and suggestions at the one-to-one stage. The revised LKPD was then tried out in small groups consisting of 9 students and obtained a percentage of student responses of 82.20% with very practical criteria. Based on the description of validity and practicality, it can be concluded that the LKPD developed fulfills valid and practical aspects for use in the learning process.
The dessiminate stage was carried out by disseminating the developed LKPD to schools that contributed to the research, and through articles published to Sinta indexed journals. Research that has produced worksheets based on a contextual approach to facilitate the mathematical connection abilities of SMP/MTs students is declared valid through a validation process and declared practical based on small group trials.
