ABSTRACT
The poultry farming business in Indonesia is growing, this is seen from its position as a reliable business, because it contributes to increasing income, employment, fulfilling community nutritional needs and supporting the industrial sector. Broiler chicken is one of the most popular choices for the community. In addition to cheaper prices than beef, broiler meat also has high protein which can be an option for consumption. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of broiler farmers in Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency. This research was conducted from October 2022 to June 2023 using the survey method. This population collection uses the Non Probability Sampling technique chosen, namely with saturated samples (census), which is a method of drawing samples when all members of the population are used as samples. The results of this study are 2. The broiler farming business in Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency has a total cost per production used by broiler farmers of Rp 161.676.564, the average revenue of broiler farmers is Rp 179.328.462 per production, and the average income of broiler farmers is Rp 17.651.898 per production.
