Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Kesulitan Membayar Pinjaman Pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Studi Kasus Di Desa Kampung Baru Sentajo Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi)

ABSTRACT
The primary objective was indentifying difficulties encountered by borrowers in paying loans, indentifying efforts by coorporate personals to overcome problems, increasing arrears during 19 covid pandemic and comparing financial status by analyzing financial performance prior to and at time of 19 covid pandemic at BUMDes Permata ( Village’s Owned-Bussines) in Kampung Baru village Sentajo. This reseach was carried out with survey method. Sample of the reseach comprised of coorparate personals by using census technique, consequently total taken sample was 9 poeple and while for curtomers used purposive sampling, which was totally 32 borrowers. The research findings indicated that there was increasing arrears in returning loans during 19 covid pandemic induced by decreasing bussines efforts on the side of borrowers. Any efforts conducted by personals namely providing fee relief for borrowers through repay installments for several time within a month. Financial performance during 19 covid pandemic decreased from previous year with ROA value in year 2020 wa 7,79%, ROE value was 8,31 % and BOPO value wa 58,74%.
