Pengembangan Media Number Ball Untuk Kemampuan Mengenal Konsep Bilangan 1-10 Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun
This research was conducted at RA Nurul Iman, Medan, Belawan City, Medan City, North
Sumatra. The Number Ball uses an acrylic number board and a tube hole where the child
inserts the ball according to the number of numbers listed. The light sensor will turn on
automatically when the ball is inserted with the right amount and number. This research adopts
Sugiyono's development model which consists of seven stages. However, several stages could
not be carried out due to cost and time constraints due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The data
collection method used was a questionnaire which was validated by material experts, media
experts, and educator experts. Next, a limited trial was conducted. The resulting data includes
both quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the validation analysis show that Number
Ball media has a high level of feasibility. Validation by material experts reached 88.75%,
validation by media experts reached 90%, and validation by educator experts reached 91.59%,
all of which were in very decent categories. Thus, it can be concluded that Number Ball media
has met the eligibility criteria to recognize the concept of numbers 1-10 in children aged 4-5
years.
