This research was conducted at the Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of talent management on turnover intention through employee job satisfaction at the Grand Zuri Pekanbaru Hotel. Talent Management as an independent variable (X) while job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Z) and turnover intention as a dependent variable (Y). The problem in this study is the increase in turnover intention or desire to leave employees as can be seen from the pre-survery data conducted on 15 hotel employees. This is also reinforced by data on the number of outgoing employees in the last 5 years and the absence of company employees which indicates a high turnover rate at the Grand Zuri Pekanbaru hotel. The population and sample in this study amounted to 90 employees. The data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed in the field using census sampling and then processed to be tested with statistics through the SmartPLS 4.0 program. From the results of the tests carried out, it shows that talent management has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a tstatistic value of 4,615 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, talent management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistical value of 14,041 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000
< 0.05, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a tstatistic value of 8,635 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and talent management has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention through employee job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05.
