This study aims to determine how the emotional intelligence of children in TK Negeri Pembina Kateman District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The peelitian population is 40 children in TK Negeri Pembina Kateman District, Indragiri Hilir Regency., the sample used is the total population of 40 children. Data collection techniques in this study are through primary data, which is carried out directly by researchers using observation sheets and documentation. Researchers concluded that the emotional intelligence of children in TK Negeri Pembina Kateman District, Indragiri Hilir Regency as a whole has a percentage of 55.42% consisting of 5 indicators.
