Hubungan Literasi Digital Guru Dengan Kreativitas Mengajar Di TK Se-Kecamatan Gunung Toar Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine the relationship between teacher digital literacy and teaching creativity in Kindergartens throughout the Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation research type. As for the research population, there were 56 PAUD teachers in Kindergartens in Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the sample used was 56 teachers. This research is a quantitative correlation study with a correlation test using the Pearson Product Moment formula and nominal data characteristics with the help of IMB SPSS version 23. Based on the calculation results of the correlation test, the Pearson Product Moment value is 0.754 which lies in the range 0.40-0.599 which means this means that there is a medium-categorized relationship between teacher digital literacy and teaching creativity in a positive direction which means that the lower the teacher's digital literacy ability, the lower the teaching creativity, with the resulting determinant coefficient value being KD = r2 × 100% = 32.9 % which means that the teacher's digital literacy contributes 32.9% to teaching creativity. This shows that there is a relationship between teacher digital literacy and teaching creativity in kindergartens throughout the Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
