ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze (1) NPV, Net B/C and IRR of integration efforts in Muara
Langsat Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency (2) Sensitivity
level on the feasibility of Mr. Heri integration system business in Muara Langsat
Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used
was the case study method, while the data used were primary data and secondary
data, and the informant in this study was Mr. Heri with a land area of 1 hectare. The
land area of 0.8 hectares is used for broiler coops and 0.2 hectares is used for palm
oil. Data analysis that answers the research objectives is the investment criteria NPV,
Net B/C, and IRR. The results showed that this chicken integration farming business
was feasible because it had a positive NPV value of Rp.31.617.123.971, a Net B/C>0
value of 14% and an IRR>(SOCC) value of 94%. The oil palm integration business is
also feasible because it has a positive NPV value of Rp.187.721.544, a Net B/C>0
value of 9% and an IRR>(SOCC) value of 39%. Integrated farming is feasible if
there is a 10% increase in fertilizer prices, a 5% decrease in broiler production, and
a 10% decrease in palm oil production.
