Analisis Kelayakan Dan Pemasaran Madu Ternak Di Desa Sungai Selodang Kecamatan Sungai Mandau Kabupaten Siak
ABSTRAK
This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Honey Farmer business and the marketing of the Honey Farmer business in Sungai Selodang Village, Sungai Mandau District, Siak Regency. The method used is a case study which aims to investigate intensively, in detail and in depth the feasibility and marketing of livestock honey in Sungai Selodang Village, Sungai Mandau District, Siak Regency. The data analysis method used is business feasibility analysis and share margin. The results showed that the R/C ratio was 8.014, which means that the honey bee farming business activity in Sungai Selodang Village, Sungai Mandau District, Siak Regency is feasible to run. Honey marketing in Selodang Village only uses marketing channels through marketing in the form of retailers. This condition provides an opportunity that the shorter the product marketing chain used by breeders in marketing their products, the greater the possibility of increasing the income received by honey beekeepers in Selodang Village. The results of a comparison analysis of the selling price of farmers with the purchase price received by the end consumer, obtained a Share Margin value of 52.63% and a marketing efficiency value of 12.63%, meaning that the use of marketing institutions that occurs is included in the efficient category, because the existing marketing chain is still between breeders, retailers and final consumers.
