ABSTRACT
In order to maintain the stability of the productivity of oil palm plantations in 2019 the government implemented the Small Holder Palm Oil Replanting Program (PSR) through the Oil Palm Plantation Fund Management Agency for small holder in Rokan Hulu Regency. Bukit Intan Makmur village. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used in this study were primary and secondary data, in which primary data were obtained by direct interviews or questionnaires and secondary data were obtained from BPS, Village Office, KUD Office and other agencies. The results of this study analyze the comparison of the average amount of household income of gardeners which includes income from oil palm plantations, income from outside oil palm plantations, income from outside the agricultural sector with assistive devices t-test using SPSS software before and after Replanting. The test results show a significant change, namely before the rejuvenation of Rp. 15,848,594 per month and the average income of farmers after rejuvenation is Rp. 12,384,603. Changes in household income experienced by smallholders include a decrease in income from oil palm plantations, an increase in income from agriculture other than oil palm plantations and an increase in income outside the agricultural sector. Apart from income, there was also a change in the assets, work, and lifestyle of the farmers. The social interactions of the farmers did not change due to the rejuvenation activities.
