Dampak Peremajaan (Replanting) Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Pekebun Di Desa Bencah Kesuma Kecamatan Kabun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu (Studi Kasus Di Kud Bangkit Usaha Makmur)

ABSTRACT
Smallholders oil palm replanting program (PSR) in Bencah Kesuma village began in 2018 with two stages and was completed in 2019. KUD Bangkit Usaha Makmur participated in the PSR program through financial assistance worth 22.8 billion through BPDPKS, each smallholders received assistance of Rp. 25 million rupiahs. The aims of the study were 1) to determine the impact of oil palm replanting on the socio-economic status smallholders in Bencah Kesuma Village, Kabun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. 2) Analyzing the impact of replanting on the income of smallholders households before and after replanting in Bencah Kesuma Village, Kabun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. 3) Knowing the efforts of smallholders in dealing with socio-economic changes that were felt during the replanting period in Bencah Kesuma Village, Kabun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. A total of 34 members of farmer groups who are members of KUD and are participants in the PSR program are taken as respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis, household income formula and using quantitative analysis of different test (t). Smallholders income consists of income from oil palm, non-oil palm farming income and income from off-farm. The results of the t test comparison analysis showed that the average income difference between oil palm plasma smallholders before PSR was carried out was Rp. 5,557,717 per month and the income of the oil palm plasma smallholders after the PSR was carried out was IDR 2,982,255 per month in Bencah Kesuma Village.
