Analisis Persepsi Orang Tua Terhadap Kesiapan Membaca Anak Usia Dini Pada Tk Al-Azhar Peranap Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
perception is the experience of object, events, or relationships that are obtained by
inferring information and interpreting messages. The verying perceptions of parents in
introducing lettters and numbers to their children has led to a tendency that there are
children who can read at an rearly age and there ra children who do not recognize letters
at an early age (3 years to 5 years). The various perceptions of early reading sare due to
the various views held by parents with their own reasons.This study intends to describe
information about parents perceptions of early chilhood reading readiness at Al-Azhar
Peranap Kindergarten.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative
methods are used to obtain infromation and describe parents perseptions of early
childhood reading readiness.Data collections methods namely observarions, interviews,
and documentation. This findings of this study reveal that the components contained in
perception are the cognitive component, the affective component, and also the conative
component, namely the willinness to act of behave and have knowledge in reading
readliness in early chilhood owned by parents.
