Baru Pekanbaru 28293 telp. FAX 0761-63272. ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study aims (1) to determine the pattern of parental supervision of early adolescent motorcycle riders (2) and to analyze the factors that influence parental supervision of early adolescent motorcycle riders. This study used a descriptive quantitative research method, totaling 87 people with a sample of 87 respondents. Sampling used a census sampling technique or took the entire population. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the reason parents gave their children permission to drive to school was because there were no shuttle facilities from school with a proportion of 83.1%. The pattern of parental supervision of early adolescent motorbike riders to school is seen from the form of persuasive supervision which is not dominant and the dominant form of repressive supervision, and when viewed from the results of the factors that influence parental supervision of early adolescent cyclists include: parents' knowledge of driving rules , parental activity, and cultural values in the low category.
