Pengaruh Interaction Quality, Perceived Performance Excellent Dan Relationship Satisfaction Terhadap Trust Dan Loyalty Konsumen
The purpose of this research was at analyzing the Interaction Quality
UD. "Rattan Handmade" effects toward the consumer trust, Interaction Quality
UD. "Rattan Handmade" effects toward the consumer loyalty, Perceived
Performance Excellence UD. "Rattan Handmade" effects toward the consumer
trust, Perceived UD. “Rattan Handmade” Performance Excellence effects toward
the consumer loyalty, UD. “Rattan Handmade” Relationship Satisfaction effects
toward the consumer trust, UD. “Rattan Handmade” Relationship Satisfaction
effects toward the consumer loyalty, Trust effects toward the consumer loyalty.
The SEM-AMOS was the research analysis method and assisted by using AMOS
22 software.
The findings revealed that the Interaction Quality gave a significant and
positive effects toward Trust, the better the Interaction Quality, the better the
Trust. Interaction Quality gave a significant and positive effects toward Loyalty,
so that UD. Rattan Handmade was able to increase the consumer Loyalty.
Perceived Performance Excellent gave a significant and positive effects toward
Trust, the better Perceived Performance Excellent UD. Rattan Handmade was
able to increase consumer Trust. Perceived Performance Excellent gave a
significant and positive effects toward on Loyalty, meaning that the better
Perceived Performance Excellent is at UD. Rattan Handmade resulted in high
consumer Loyalty. Relationship Satisfaction gave a significant and positive effects
toward the consumer Trust, the better the UD Relationship Satisfaction. Rattan
Handmade increased the consumer confidence. Relationship Satisfaction gave a
significant and positive effects toward Loyalty. It means the better the
Relationship Satisfaction was the greater the Loyalty. Trust gave a significant and
positive effects toward Loyalty, where the better the trust was the higher the
Loyalty.
