Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Matematika Berbasis Problem Based Learning Pada Materi Peluang Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP/Mts
This research is a development research (R&D) that produces a product in the
form of a Problem-Based Learning-based learning tool that meets valid and practical
requirements to facilitate students' mathematical critical thinking skills in class VIII
SMP/MTs on Opportunity material. The development model used is the 4D model, which
consists of four stages, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, and (4) Disseminate.
The data collection instruments in this study were validation sheets and student response
questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity analysis and practicality
analysis. The learning tools in this study were in the form of syllabus, lesson plans and
LKPD which had been validated by three validators and conducted small group trials on
6 students of SMPN 01 Tebingtinggi and large group trials on Class VIII students of SMPN
01 Tebingtinggi to see the practicality of the LKPD being developed. The results showed
that the learning tools developed were in the very valid category with an average score for
syllabus of 3.85, an average score for lesson plans of 3.84, an average score for LKPD of
3.85 and a very practical category with average value of 3.55 for small group trials and
3.33 for large group trials
