Abstrack
Management of tourist objects is a form of exploiting the natural potential that exists in an area which is a source of regional income. Management is a process that helps formulate policies and objectives providing oversight of all matters involved in the implementation and achievement of objectives. The word management itself has been absorbed into the Indonesian language into a management word which means the same as "management", namely as a process of coordinating and integrating work activities so that they can be completed efficiently and effectively. The bridal flower lake tourist attraction is a tourist attraction located in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this management is to find out how the management of the bridal flower weighing lake tourism object by the Aur Kuning BUMDes in Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation analyzed by researchers in obtaining data. This study uses George R. Terry's theory of management functions, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. The results of the study indicate that the management of the bridal lake weigh lake by BUMDes Aur Kuning is still not optimal, because there are still some management plans that have not been realized and there is a need for improvement in the management of the bridal flower weighing lake tourist attraction.
