Ceo Muslim Vs Narsisme Ceo Dan Laporan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Corporate (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2020)
ABSTRAC
This study aims to determine the influence of Muslim CEOs and CEO narcissism on CSR disclosure, as well as to find out the difference in CSR disclosure between Muslim CEOs and CEO narcissism. The CSRDI number with the GRI-G4 indicator is used to measure the CSR disclosure variable. Muslim CEO variables are measured by the dummy variable. CEO narcissism was measured using the CEO photo advantage in the company's annual report.
The population in this study were 68 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the amount of observation obtained is 241 data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with EViews 10. The results show that Muslim CEOs and CEO narcissism affect CSR disclosure. The results also showed that there was no difference in the disclosure of CSR between Muslim CEOs and CEO narcissism.
