ABSTRACT
The portrait of the performance of government employees in Indonesia is quite often labeled on the low profeisonalism, culture and work ethos which is arguably still low. Even though the performance of government employees is intended to make public affairs easier, shorten services and provide satisfaction to the public. Likewise with the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Riau Province Representative. This study aims to examine the effect of competency development, job distribution, and internal supervision on employee performance. The independent variables in this study are competency development, job distribution, and internal supervision. While the dependent variable is employee performance. The data in this study used a random sampling method processed in the IBM SPSS 23 program. The results of this study show that competency development has a significant effect on employee performance; the distribution of competency work has a significant effect on employee performance; and internal control has a significant effect on employee performance.
