ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of implementing e-marketing, service quality and hotel location on purchasing decisions at Unigraha Hotel Pangkalan Kerinci. The method in this study is descriptive and quantitative statistics with the method of analysis in this study is simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using random sampling techniques and using questionnaires as data collection. The results showed that the application of e-marketing (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y), service quality (X2) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y), hotel location (X3) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) significantly and e-marketing (X1), service quality (X2), hotel location (X3) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y) significantly at Unigraha Hotel Pangkalan Kerinci.
