Partisipasi Ibu Balita Dalam Mengikuti Kegiatan Posyandu Di Desa Tanjung Sawit Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in Tanjung Sawit Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the participation of mothers under five in participating in posyandu activities and what factors influenced the participation of mothers under five in participating in posyandu activities in Tanjung Sawit Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The Participation of mothers under five to the posyandu can be seen from their attendance at the posyandu, weighing the toddler, complying with filling out the Health Card (KMS), counseling and counseling on toddler health, giving immunization, nutrition to prevent disease transmission. Descriptive quantitative method then the data were analyzed using product moment correlation. The sampel in this study were mothers of toddlers who brought their toddlers to posyandu, totaling 73 people. The sampling technique uses the Random Sampling technique, which is a random sampling technique without regard to the existing strata in the population.in collecting data researchers used questionnaire techniques, observation and documentation. The Results of this study show that the participation of mothers under five in posyandu activities is in the “High” category or good with a total percentage of 80,8%, which means that the participation of mothers under five in participating in posyandu activities is already good, this can be seen from the presence of mothers under five who attend regularly every month, participation in weighing toddlers, filling out KMS, health counseling and giving immunizations to toddlers. So in posyandu activities continue tobe improved and maintained so that toddlers avoid health problems. The results of the analysis between the relationship between participation and knowledge of mothers under five are very weal, namely : R 0, 108, distance of residence with a value of R 0, 061, family support with a value of R 0, 284. Whereas for working status there is no significant relationship with the participation of mothers under five in posyandu activities because it has an R value of -0,06. The most dominant relationship affecting the participation of mothers under five is family support with an R Value of = 0,284 meaning that there is a significant correlation between the participation of mothers under five and family support in participarion in posyandu activities in Tanjung Sawit Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency.
