Analisis Usaha Dan Pemasaran Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus Ostreatus) (Studi Kasus Oky Jamur Tiram Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research are: 1) know the oyster mushroom cultivation techniques which are run by Oky Jamur Tiram. 2) analyzing the costs, reception and revenue of white oyster mushroom cultivation is carried out by farmers Oky Jamur Tiram. 3) analyzing the margins, profits, and marketing efficiency of white oyster mushrooms business by farmers Oky Jamur Tiram. The research was do from February 2023 to August 2023. The method used is the case study method. The results of the analysis show that the oyster mushroom cultivation techniques carried out by Oky Jamur Tiram farmers are starting from making kumbung, baglog making, sterilization, seeding, incubation, maintenance, and harvesting. Oyster mushroom farming requires production cost of Rp 28.119.365,- each production cycle. Net income derived from the cultivation of white oyster mushroom Rp 49.254.635,- each production cycle and gross revenue of Rp 77.374.000,- each production cycle. BEP white oyster mushroom farming Rp 2.549.795,- each production cycle or 111,33 kg of white oyster mushroom each production cycle. Marketing white oyster mushroom of Oky Jamur Tiram there are two marketing channels, namely channel I (farmer to consumers) and channel 2 (farmer to traders to consumers). Channel I marketing efficiency by 0.8%, while marketing channel II by 2,17%, so that the white oyster mushroom cultivation is more efficient on channel I.
