Modal Sosial Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Dalam Pengembangan Kampung Wisata Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in Kampung Bandar Urban Village, Senapelan Sub-district, Pekanbaru City with the aim of knowing the social capital of the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) and the obstacles of the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) in the development of Tourism Village in Kampung Bandar Urban Village Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. This research used purposive sampling technique by taking eight research subjects. In collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The analysis data techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The theory used is Social Capital theory by Robert Putnam. The results of this study are the existence of a network created due to the participation of fellow members of POKDARWIS Kampung Bandar, the government and the surrounding community in the form of a relationship in good communication and cooperation by participating in activities carried out in Kampung Bandar Tourism Village. Trust that arises because of a sense of confidence to cooperate between fellow members of POKDARWIS, the government and the surrounding community. Norms that exist in the form of unwritten rules relating to the application of Sapta Pesona and the implementation of visiting times for tourists. Obstacles in the form of the lack of funds obtained by POKDARWIS which can hamper the activities to be carried out, the lack of activeness of some members of POKDARWIS, the existence of damaged road conditions and the lack of availability of direction signs and roads to tourist attractions.
