ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the characteristics of oil palm smallholders who have implemented replanting, and to determine the level of use of palm oil smallholders smartphones in implementing replanting. This research was conducted on oil palm smallholders in the village of Keranji Guguh who are members of KUD, use smartphones and participate in the implementation. The sampling technique used a snowball sampling technique with a total sample of 30 respondents. data analysis technique using descriptive methods and likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the level of smartphone use by oil palm smallholders who are replanting in the village of Keranji Guguh as measured using the TAM variable, namely perceived convenience, perceived benefits, attitude to use, behavioral interest and actual conditions of use are considered moderate. Perceived ease of use with a score of 3.37, perceived usability with a score of 2.82, attitude to use with a score of 3.27, behavioral interest with a score of 3.46, real conditions of use with a score of 1.31.
