ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe the characteristics of oil palm farmers in Sialang Sakti Village, Siak Regency, determine the implementation of oil palm replanting by farmers in Sialang Sakti Village, Siak Regency in accordance with applicable guidelines, and determine the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness of use, attitudes towards use, behavioral intentions, and the real conditions of smartphone use in replanting by farmers in Sialang Sakti Village, Siak Regency. This research was conducted in Sialang Sakti Village, Siak Regency from November 2022 to August 2023. This study used purposive sampling by taking a sample of 30 people out of 83 people. The results of this study are: First, the characteristics of oil palm farmers in Sialang Sakti Village are dominated by productive age as much as 96.67%, high school education level as much as 53.33%, the number of dependents 2 to < 4 people 86.67%, farmers have an income of Rp 3,000,000 to < Rp.9,000,000 as much as 66.67%, the number of farmers who have a land area ≥ 4 Ha as much as 86.67%, and farmers who have long gardening experience as much as 50%. Second, the implementation of replanting in Sialang Sakti Village with the people's oil palm rejuvenation program (PSR). The guideline for implementing PSR is Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No 18 of 2016. Third, perceptions of the usefulness of use and attitudes towards use fall into the very high category. Perceived usefulness and behavioral interest fall into the high category. The actual conditions of use fall into the sufficient category.
