ABSTRACT
Police Women are not only on duty in the general section, but there are those who are part of the special forces in Mobile Brigade Unit Polri. In this study, researchers will focus more on discussing Mobile Brigade Women in Pekanbaru City In this study, researchers will focus more on discussing the police by taking the subject of women members Riau Police Mobile Brigade Unit. The purpose and objective of this study was to know Profile of Mobile Brigade Women Polda Riau in the context of action theory by using descriptive qualitative method. The research location was conducted in Mako Brimob Polda Riau. As for the informants in this study amounted to four people according to predetermined criteria (purposive sampling). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of the results of this study are Police Women Mobile Brigade Polda Riau divided into different work units, then they have other goals that are also different according to their respective parts. Police Women Mobile Brigade as an actor has many ways to achieve his goals. The first way is that they have to take a Police Women test, had Bintara early education, then take part in Bina Tradition activities. Officially be Mobile Brigade, the Police Women have other ways that are adjusted to their position in the Riau Mobile Brigade Work Unit. There is special treatment for Police Women Mobile Brigade because they face conditions that originate from their biology, namely as a woman. Within the Riau Police Mobile Brigade Unit, which is predominantly male, Mobile Brigade Police Women still put themselves as a woman in speaking and behaving. Police Women can adjust to the environment of the Riau Mobile Brigade Unit, this creates a different work experience for each woman who works as a special forces Mobile Brigade.
