Analisis Efisiensi Produksi Usahatani Bayam Hijau Di Kelurahan Maharatu Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Green spinach farming is a business that is mostly cultivated many farmers in Maharatu Village. The purpose of this study is (1) analyzing the effect of land area, seeds, manure, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, pesticides, and labor on green spinach production, (2) analyzing the level of technical, allocative, and economic efficiency of green spinach farming. This research was conducted in Maharatu Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The method used in this study is a survey method with sampling techniques using the random sampling method. The number of samples was 51 farmers who are members of five farmer groups active in Maharatu Village. The analysis method uses quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis tools and Cobb Douglass Stochastic Frontier production functions. The results showed that the production factors that partially had a real effect on the amount of green spinach production were land area (X1), manure (X3), and urea fertilizer (X4). Green spinach farming in Maharatu Village has a technical efficiency value of 0.81, allocative efficiency of 0.245 and economic efficiency of 0.191.
