Data collection was carried out by interviewing and filling out questionnaires directly to the respondents. The results showed that, the total costs incurred by entrepreneurs in one month amount to Rp146,572,050 in production costs to process 3,850 kg of raw cow and buffalo hides which can produce 1,726.25 kg of skin crackers with a gross income of Rp172,625,000 per month and net income earned by entrepreneurs is Rp26,052,950 per month. The added value obtained from the skin crackers is Rp15,753 per kg of cowhide with an added value ratio of 30.09% and Rp16,221 per kg of buffalo skin with an added value ratio of 28,62%, which means the second added value Skin crackers are classified as low because the added value ratio is less than 50% (RTN
