Analisis Pendapatan Dan Pemasaran Usaha Tahu Goreng Di Kelurahan Sialangmunggu Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Tahu Goreng Ibu Siti)
This research was conducted at Mrs Siti's fried tofu business which is located at Jln Suka Karya, Sialangmunggu Village, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to analyze production costs, income and marketing of Mrs Siti's fried tofu business. The results of the study show that the income earned by the business is IDR 980,000 for large tofu and IDR 1,080,000 for small tofu per production process. Small tofu marketing channels 1) producers sell their products directly to end consumers, and 2) producers sell their products to fried traders and then fried traders sell to final consumers. Big tofu marketing channels 1) producers sell their products directly to end consumers, and 2) producers sell their products to fried traders and then fried traders sell to final consumers. Tofu marketing margins obtained in channels I and III do not exist because producers sell directly to consumers, while marketing margins in channels II and IV are Rp.300 and Rp.400. Marketing efficiency in Mrs Siti's business resulted in the efficiency value of marketing channel I being 40%, marketing channel II and IV is categorised as less efficient cause the EP value is 70%, while marketing channel III was also an efficient channel because the EP value was 46%.
