Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Tps (Think- Pair-Share) Dengan Media Film Dokumenter Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMAN 2 Kota Dumai
Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the use of the TPS (Think-Pair-Share) learning model with documentary film media in class X students at SMAN 2 Dumai City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Consisting of two cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings. The research instruments used were learning tools in the form of teaching modules and documentary films as learning tools and data collection instruments, namely teacher, student and test observation sheets. In analyzing the data obtained from observations of teacher and student activities by calculating the activities carried out by teachers and students. The results of the research show that there is an increase in the use of the TPS learning model in each cycle. In cycle I the average student score was 62.64 with the number of students completing 4 students and cycle II experienced an increase with an average of 85 with the number of students completing 29 students. The results of observational research show that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. The conclusion of the research results supports the research hypothesis, namely that the TPS (Think- Pair-Share) learning model with Documentary Film Media is to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Class x SMAN 2 Dumai City..
