Companies are obliged to handle the liquid waste that well produced so it can be done by utilizing it as Land Application (LA) fertilizer system. This research aims to find out the comparisons of production costs, quantity of fresh palm fruits productions, net income, and land efficiency both in Land Application (LA) and Non Land application (NLA). This research was carried out in January 2022. This uses case study method by observe the situation directly and interview the assistant of liquid waste department in PT. Surya Intisari Raya. Data analysis that used is descriptive analysis to find out the common description of Land Application and quantitative analysis namely production cost data analysis, acceptance, benefit, efficiency (R/C Ratio). The results of this research appears that amount of fresh palm fruits production from LA land is 236,692 kgs/ha, it is higher than NLA land production that only 136,286 kgs/ha. The Cost of LA Land Production is IDR 97,429,322/ha. It is higher than NLA Land Production cost in IDR 64,307,859/ha. The amount of LA land income is IDR 267,954,668 kg/ha, higher than the NLA land income that reaches IDR 267,954,668 kg/ha. The efficiency effort on land or LA I 4,6 is higher compared to NLA land of 4.1 so it is very profitable to have LA land than NLA land.
