Kuantan Singingi Regency is the largest rubber production center in Riau. Based on plantation data, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Gunung Toar District, Sentajo Raya District and Kuantan Tengah District are the subdistricts with the highest production of rubber in Kuantan Singingi Regency, and the subdistricts with the most planters are affiliated with the Apkarkusi institution. The objectives of this research are (1) Identifying the characteristics and role of extension workers in digitalizing rubber marketing according to growers' perceptions in supporting the Apkarkusi institution in Kuantan Singingi Regency (2) Identifying the characteristics and capabilities of farmer groups towards digitalizing rubber marketing in supporting the Apkarkusi institution in Kuantan Singingi Regency (3) Analyzing the influence of the role of extension workers on the ability of farmer groups to digitalize rubber marketing at the Apkarkusi institution in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used was a survey method, sampling of 3 extension workers was taken by census, sampling of planters used purposive sampling technique with a total of 80 respondents. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis to identify the characteristics of instructors and growers, identify the role of instructors and the ability of farmer groups to use digitalization in rubber marketing activities. Quantitative analysis was used to analyze the influence of the role of extension workers on the ability of farmer groups to support the Apkarkusi institution in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of the research show that the role of extension workers in Kuantan Singingi Regency is still in adequate condition, farmer groups are also still in poor condition, the influence of the role of extension workers on the ability of farmer groups as a whole has had an influence on the ability of farmer groups in Kuantan Singingi Regency.
