Peran Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Sumber Rezeki Dalam Penerapan Good Agriculture Practice Pada Petani Plasma Pola Kkpa Di Desa Buluh Rampai, Kecamatan Seberida, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) are one type of cooperative providing services for various economic activities in rural areas to help manage oil palm plantations by implementing GAP. The aims of this research are 1). Knowing the role of KUD Sumber Rezeki in implementing Good Agriculture Practice to KKPA farmers 2). Knowing the relationship between the role of the Sumber Rezeki KUD towards the application of Good Agriculture Practice to KKPA farmers, 3). Knowing what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the role of the KUD Sumber Rezeki as a source of sustenance in implementing Good Agriculture Practice for KKPA farmers in Buluh Rampai Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study used a survey method, sampling was carried out purposively with a sample size of 60 respondents, and 1 key informant, namely the head of KUD Sumber Rezeki. Data analysis used a Likert scale, simple correlation analysis, and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research on the role of KUD Sumber Rezeki can be categorized as having a role. The application of GAP for KKPA farmers can be categorized as good. The relationship between the role of cooperatives as capital facilitators and the implementation of GAP shows a positive and strong relationship. The role of cooperatives as motivators, training providers, and marketing facilitators shows a positive and quite strong relationship. Factors supporting the role of KUD are the existence of guidance from partners, the availability of savings and loan unit facilities and production facilities, as well as RAT activities. Factors inhibiting the role of KUD are limited capital, lack of awareness of members paying loans on time, and limited human resources.
