Analisis Penawaran Komoditas Belimbing di Kota Depok Provinsi Jawa Barat

Depok City is one of the production centers of star fruit varieties in West Java which has high economic potential. This study aims to 1) identify the factors that affect the supply of star fruit commodities in Depok City, 2) analyze the dominant factors affecting the supply of star fruit commodities in Depok City, 3) analyze the level of elasticity of star fruit commodity supply in Depok City. The method used is a quantitative method. The type of data used is secondary data for a period of 15 years (2007-2021) obtained from BPS Depok City dan BPS West Java Province. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results showed that: 1) Factors such as star fruit prices, star fruit harvest area, guava production, and NPK fertilizer prices together have a very real (significant) effect on star fruit supply in Depok City. As for star fruit prices, star fruit harvest area and NPK fertilizer prices individually have a real (significant) effect on star fruit supply in Depok City, 2) fthe dominant actor that most influences star fruit supply in Depok City is NPK fertilizer price, 3) elasticity star fruit supply is negative elastic NPK fertilizer price variable with E>1 value of -5.005. This is because if the price of NPK fertilizer increases by 1%, the supply will decrease by 5.005%.
