Analisis Hubungan Patron Klien Antara Tauke Dan Petani Karet Di Desa Banjar Benai Kecamatan Benai Kabupaten Bernyanyi Kuantan
This research aims to determine the forms of patron-client relationships between tauke and farmers in Banjar Benai Village, determine the level of satisfaction and level of expectations of rubber planters regarding the attributes of tauke in Banjar Benai Village, and determine the factors that maintain patron-client relationships in Banjar Benai Village. . This research was conducted in Banjar Benai Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research uses an accidental sampling method with the criteria of rubber planters who collaborate with tauke in Banjar Benai Village. The number of respondents used in this research was 30 rubber planters who were used as samples in the research. The analysis used in this research is a Cartesian diagram. The results of the research show that the forms of patron client relationships that occur in Banjar Benai Village in the buying and selling relationship between rubber planters and the tauke include those who send their bokar directly to the tauke, and there are those who use the transportation services provided by the tauke. The level of satisfaction and level of expectations of rubber planters regarding the tauke attribute was obtained by attributes in quadrant II which had high satisfaction with the high expectations of rubber planters in providing loans, receiving rubber products directly from the plantation, fast and friendly service, giving THR, and prepayment. The factors that influence the patron client relationship to persist in Banjar Benai Village are the capital factor, the debt factor owed to the tauke directly without any collateral, and the transportation factor.
