Indonesia is a country with a tropical climate that has a biodiversity of flora and fauna. One of the fauna that has the potential to be developed in Indonesia is bees which can obtain and produce honey. Indonesia’s wealth of natural resources creates enormous potential for developing beekeeping businesses. Beekeeping businesses can be carried out individually and in groups. One of the bee cultivation businesses carried out as a group is the Kelulut Pomuan Honey Business group in Koto Perambahan Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The breeder group cultivates kelulut bees in the Ghimbo Pomuan Traditional Forest, so that the honey produced is known as Kelulut Pomuan Honey. Seeing the great potential in cultivation locations, the breeder group wants to develop their business. This research aims to determine internal and external factors as well as development strategies for the Kelulut Pomuan Honey Business. The method used in this research is a survey with purposive sample selection. The analysis used to formulate alternative development strategies for the Kelulut Pomuan Honey Businesses is the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The research results show that based on the results of the SWOT matrix, nine strategies from the QSPM matrix analysis are increasing the amount of kelulut honey production by increasing the number of bee colonies or bee stups.
